About Sarah
I am a very personable tutor with a passion for the science subjects, particularly Biology. I have prior experience in tutoring Third level Human Biology modules. I am well-versed in both Junior Cycle Science and Senior Cycle Biology material, with a particular focus on making science relatable and more easily understandable.
Following my undergraduate BSc Physiology degree at University College Cork, I gained two years of experience as a QC laboratory Analyst in a Nutritional Testing Laboratory, and as a Quality Engineer with a Medical Device Manufacturing Company.
Due to my combined experience in the industry, well-rounded education, and passion for Biology, I have gained a great appreciation for the importance of a strong academic basis in Science and Biology, along with a practical approach from in-field experience.

Due to the nature of the Science subjects, particularly Biology, I assume a relatable and more easily understandable approach to the delivery of lessons. Following my BSc Physiology degree, I worked in the Scientific Industry and gained a great insight into practical applications of knowledge achieved throughout both the Junior and Senior Cycle Curricula. I am very personable and enjoy helping students to become confident and achieve their highest potential.
