About Alex
I’m a journalism graduate with a professional background in writing, editing, and communication. I’ve worked in roles where clear, accurate communication was essential, and I enjoy helping others become more confident with English.
I’m patient, approachable, and happy to adapt lessons to each student’s goals and learning style. Whether you want to improve your writing, grammar, conversation skills, or overall fluency, my goal is to make learning English practical, comfortable, and easy to understand.

I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, whether that means improving everyday conversation, grammar, writing, reading comprehension, or preparing for school and work. My background in journalism and professional writing has taught me how to explain language clearly and help people communicate more confidently.
Lessons are relaxed and conversational, with plenty of real-world examples instead of just memorizing rules. We can work through writing together, practice speaking, review grammar, or focus on specific areas you want to improve.
I’m happy to work with beginners, intermediate learners, students, or adults who simply want to become more comfortable and confident using English.
