About Jessica
I’m originally from Brazil and have lived in the United States for over 10 years. As someone who learned English as a second language, I understand the challenges that come with becoming fluent. Today, I’m married to an American, so English is a part of my everyday life! Being immersed in the language every day has helped me develop natural communication skills, understand everyday expressions, and continue improving my fluency. It’s an experience I bring into my lessons to help my students learn the kind of English people actually speak.
Learning English changed my life. It allowed me to create new opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and feel at home in a new country. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
My goal isn’t just to teach vocabulary and grammar (BOOORING) it’s to help you communicate naturally and confidently in everyday situations.
