About Iridescent
I have 3 years teaching experience in dance studios and 2 years Independent choreography experience. I have worked with student on different mobility and physical ability levels and I have always accommodated students and led with encouragement instead of shaming them.

I provide dance classes that focus on fluidity in movement/ transitions, level changes, leaps, turns and stage presence with safety in mind. I am educated in anatomy and physiology. I prioritize mobility over flexibility for long term body health. I have knowledge in cross training and the benefits. For example activities like weightlifting, martial arts and yoga can all help a dancer gain the strength needed to achieve higher level skills.
