About Lily
"I have over 6 years of experience teaching piano and enjoy helping students become confident and well-rounded musicians. I hold a BM in Jazz Piano Performance, and I bring practical performance skills into every lesson. My teaching style is flexible because every student learns in a different way.
I specialize in teaching different types of pianos for accompanying vocalists, instrumentalists, and choirs. Students learn how to read lead sheets, transpose on the fly, improve rhythmic sensitivity, and adapt to different musical styles with confidence. I believe these skills make accompanists more reliable and comfortable in real performance settings.
I work with school students, adult learners, and professional accompanists who want to strengthen their musical abilities. I have guided students from Beginner to Advanced levels, as well as musicians at the Professional and Expert stage. One student began by learning simple chord symbols and later accompanied a community choir with confidence after steady practice.
My lessons focus on building strong musical understanding while keeping learning enjoyable and practical. I look forward to helping you grow as a pianist and unlock the art of musical partnership."

"My teaching approach combines traditional piano training with modern music technology to prepare students for today's musical world. Lessons include technique, sight reading, ear training, harmony, accompaniment skills, improvisation, and musical expression. I also introduce digital pianos, synthesizers, DAWs, and basic recording techniques as part of regular learning.
Students learn how technology can support practice, creativity, and performance without replacing strong piano fundamentals. I often ask students to record short practice sessions because listening back helps them notice details they may miss while playing. This simple habit builds confidence and improves musical awareness over time.
I provide lessons that support both advanced classical performers and young learners with exceptional musical ability by matching activities to their individual goals. My aim is to help students explore the electronic side of piano while keeping their technique natural and expressive. Together we build practical skills that can be used in performances, recordings, and creative projects. My goal is to help you expand your musical possibilities and make your piano sound bigger."
