I would HIGHLY recommend to learn Japanese from Sudipa san , I took Online classes from her over the course of 3 months before giving JLPT N3 in July 2026 and my level of Japanese improved drastically in comparison to when I self studied !

Things that STAND OUT about Sudipa san as a teacher :

1) She is very Resourceful, firstly she helped me do a Diagnostic Test to identify my Weak Areas, and once we discovered that, she would send me exercises that would help me overcome my difficulty, then we would move on to the next area.
If I was not able to understand something from a specific resource, she would teach it to me in another way using another resource ! This level of pivotedness and adaptability was amazing , and helped me grasp the language a lot better !
She can provide resources in various formats from videos to textbooks to helpful websites that help you get more immersion to improve your Reading skills !
2) Goal Specific planning - I wanted to pass N3 level which is the intermediate level , Sudipa san constructed my classes around that plan, I took classes for 2 hours on Saturday Sunday and set a realistic goal to finish 10 mock papers with QnA discussion + weak point indentification which I was able to achieve in 3 months
My mock scores also improved from being around 60/180 to 100/180s in such a short span of time !
3) Quick responses for doubt resolution - Sudipa san would promptly reply to my doubts and also discuss them in detail in next class. Having feedback on weak points and understanding the nuance , especially for grammar points is what helped me perform better in the main exam and gave me more confidence in the language.
She also helped me cover weak areas like Keigo(Polite speech) through humorous examples which made it easy for me to remember !

3) Experience as sharp as a Katana - She is extremely experienced and it shows in her teaching. In Japanese, a lot of textbooks and teachers only cover grammar on a surface level, which is difficult to grasp for students, and they never elaborate on why something is the way it is , meanwhile Sudipa san would tell me the specific structure that were used with a specific grammar point , which allowed me to understand the construction of sentences in Japanese better , and it helped improve my writing and speaking skills !

You can tell she has assisted many students over the course of years and know exactly where students struggle with when picking up Japanese, which in my opinion is a skill of utmost importance and sign of an excellent Sensei

A teacher is not just someone who has mastered the language, but someone who can also help others achieve the same mastery, and Sudipa san has mastered both.

She is dedicated and approachable. I started learning Japanese as a 25 year old, so it was really intimidating at first but she was patient and explained the concepts clearly.

She enjoys reading manga and watching anime and loves Japanese books and culture, so you can talk to her about these and learn about small nuances of the Japanese culture which are not often found in textbooks.

Sudipa is a really good teacher. She helps oneself learn Japanese in a easiest way possible. She is like a friend. A good listener. Sudipa tries to make every lesson relatable to your daily life. Overall she is one of those teachers with whom you can totally enjoy and learn.

I would first like to thank sudipa for really assisting me in improving my English. She is a kind and sweet teacher. I never felt bored in her class. According to me , she is the best educator. Personally, I appreciate educators who are cordial with their students and sudipa fits in that description . When a student makes a mistake the teacher should gently correct them, as sudipa does. Sudipa tried her hardest to explain things to me if I didn't understand them . I appreciate that about her. She is extremely the hard working teacher. For me to understand better, she created a PPT. She gave me a pdf of any english book, which we read in class and she clarified the meanings of the challenging terms to me. I enjoy using this method to sharpen my english.
