I believe I am a co-creator of my own wellbeing. I am grateful for the challenges I have experienced, through them I found tools to help myself: yoga, nutrition, microbiome, meditation, fascia decompression, breath. I love being able to help others co-create their own wellbeing.

I teach Iyengar Yoga style classes, focused on alignment, sequencing, strength and balance. I encourage awareness through breath, movement, and being in the pose, you will feel aligned not only physically but mentally and in touch with your inner self. Classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate level, over 40s and anyone who wants to relax, restore, feel energised and improve their general wellbeing. I use props when necessary and certain tools to work on fascia, in order to unblock at a deeper level. I have over 13 years experience of teaching and can create a session suitable for your current needs. Duration: from 45 to 60 min.
