About Tanmay
Hi, I’m Tanmay, and I’m a passionate and experienced computer science tutor. I have a master’s degree in computer science from the Columbia University. I can help you learn various programming languages, such as Python, Java, Typescript as well as the fundamentals of computer science, such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, I can tailor my lessons to suit your needs and goals. I use a fun and interactive approach to teaching, with plenty of examples, exercises, and projects. I also provide feedback and support throughout your learning journey, and I’m always available to answer your questions and doubts. I am a problem solver and a lifelong learner. My typical approach with teaching is to directly take a problem and learn on the fly. I like students bringing a problem and I guide them to solve it on their own. This gives more confidence and a feeling that they are ready to face real world problems. My students can range from 10 years of age up to university going folks.
