About Joshua
Hello, there! My name is Josh, and I'm passionate about helping learners of all levels find their voice in English.
I bring a diverse and genuine perspective on how to learn and grow with the English language. I have a deep love of exploring languages, visual arts, game design, classical music, animation, comics, and anything else that allows me to explore different cultures and foster community. That curiosity is at the heart of every lesson I teach.
I am an Ivy-educated attorney with over five years of legal experience working with clients of all sizes on complex matters ranging from information technology to bioengineering.
I also bring over ten years of experience coaching others in public speaking, oral advocacy, and acting. I have coached a wide spectrum of learners, from middle-school-aged refugees finding their footing in a new country, to attorneys from around the world sharpening their professional approach, to incarcerated individuals working to build new skillsets.
