I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with over 10 years of experience supporting candidates throughout the hiring process, from resume screening to interviews and final-stage hiring decisions. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with hiring managers and interviewed candidates across a variety of industries and experience levels, which has given me a strong understanding of what employers are truly looking for.

I started offering interview and resume coaching because I noticed that many capable and qualified people struggle not because they lack experience, but because they haven’t been shown how to present themselves effectively. Job searching can feel overwhelming and discouraging, especially when applications go unanswered or interviews don’t go as planned. My goal is to make that process feel more manageable, strategic, and confidence-driven.

My coaching style is honest, supportive, and practical. I focus on helping people communicate their experience clearly, improve interview confidence, strengthen behavioral answers, and better understand the hiring process from a recruiter’s perspective. I believe constructive feedback and preparation can make a major difference in how candidates perform and how confidently they approach opportunities.

About the lesson

I take a practical, recruiter-informed approach to interview coaching and resume support. Having spent 10 years working in recruitment and talent acquisition, I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed candidates across different levels and industries. My goal is to help clients understand not just what to say, but why hiring teams respond positively to certain answers, resumes, and communication styles.

My sessions are collaborative and tailored to each person’s goals. A typical lesson may include resume feedback, mock interview practice, behavioral question coaching using the STAR method, confidence-building techniques, and honest recruiter-style feedback. I also help clients improve how they present their experience in a natural and professional way without sounding scripted.

What sets me apart is my experience on the hiring side. I understand how recruiters screen candidates, what hiring managers pay attention to, and the common mistakes that prevent qualified people from moving forward. I focus on actionable feedback that clients can immediately apply to real interviews and applications.
