About Beatriz

I'm a dedicated private English teacher with 20 years of experience, offering comprehensive online language lessons across a range of settings, including individual tuition and group classes for companies and schools. My expertise spans general English, specialised business language training, and preparation for the MYP and Diploma curricula of the International Baccalaureate.

I hold a degree in English Language and Literature, encompassing linguistic studies, British and American Literature, Educational Policies, Sign Language, and literature for children and adolescents. Additionally, I have a degree in History, with a focus on the history of the UK, the Americas, modern and contemporary history, and educational psychology.

If you’re keen to elevate your English skills with a passionate and experienced tutor, I invite you to reach out. Let’s start this linguistic journey together.

About the lesson

With the flexibility offered by online sessions, plus discounts for couples/groups, a free trial lesson, and options for advanced bookings, my approach is tailored for learners of all ages. This method is all about making language learning personal, transformative, and centred on rapid progress, complemented by free learning materials and a flexible cancellation policy.

I’ll unlock your potential across all facets of English: grammar, speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, reading, and writing, whether your focus is general, academic, or business English.

During our first free consultation, I'll evaluate your language skills and craft lessons specifically tailored to your needs. You'll also receive homework and a selection of valuable learning materials to support your studies outside of our sessions.

I'm here to fit into your schedule, offering lessons throughout the day, in the evenings, and over weekends, making learning convenient for you.

If you’re looking to improve your pronunciation and speaking skills, I’ll equip you with effective techniques and materials to become a confident communicator.

For those aiming to enhance their Academic Writing, I provide guidance on structure, expressions, and formatting to sharpen your written communication skills.

From Beginner to Advanced levels, my General English lessons include free lesson materials, grammar and vocabulary exercises, and homework correction.

My teaching approach is designed to enhance your communication skills with native speakers through practical, focused practice, whether you're aiming to improve your everyday English, enhance your pronunciation, or master the language for various purposes.

My teaching schedule is entirely flexible, with sessions available in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Lessons can be arranged regularly or adjusted to fit your personal timetable.

All sessions are conducted via Skype, ensuring a convenient and effective learning experience.

Thank you for considering my services. Don't hesitate to get in touch for more information.

I’m excited about the opportunity to guide you in achieving your English language goals.
