About Alice
I am a translator/interpreter (Italian, English, Spanish). I graduated from the University of Genoa.
I moved to the States in 2014. I have taught to kids and adults in person and online.
I have worked as a freelance translator, Language Task Coordinator, and Subtitling Production Coordinator for movies and TV shows.
Fun fact: I love standup comedy. When I moved to the States my English was not very good. I am pretty sure that I got pretty good quickly by watching a lot of stand-up comedy.

I do not have a specific teaching plan because everybody learns differently and has different goals. Lessons are customized and catered to the needs/goals of each student.
I like to teach the everyday life Italian, not the one in the books.
There is a lot of chatting during my classes and some written fun exercises.
I will help you build a solid grammar foundation while tailoring to your personal needs and goals.
You will be able to speak some Italian in no time!
How about some healthy motivation: If you live in San Diego, we can go eat some really good gelato or pizza to test your ordering skills! ;) My treat!
