About Eleonora
I have graduated from high school in Italy, therefore acquiring an advanced level in my mother tongue. Since I started studying at the University of Edinburgh I have helped other students willing to learn the language. I would assist them with homework and with getting comfortable speaking with a mother tongue.

My teaching method is focused on fully understanding the errors that are made and develop knowledge from these with the help of the teacher. I also believe the best way to learn a language is always to get out of your comfort zone and experiment with the opportunities which are given to you. Therefore listening to a language, even if you do not understand everything completely, is extremely useful, as well as challenging yourself into having conversations. My methodology of teaching Italian often relies on my own experience learning English, so I promote what has been useful to me in my journey of learning a foreign language up to an academic level.
