About Giovanna
Since I was little, I always saw cooking as a fine art and I would get fascinated as my dad or my aunt cooked something as simple as risotto, but managed to get amazing flavours out of it. While pursuing my studies in architecture, I found more and more similarities between these two fine arts. Combination of flavours has to be correct and presentation of the dish has such an important role as the facade of a building.
