About Ellie
I am a recent graduate from the University of Bristol, where I graduated with a first class BA (Hons) in Italian and Spanish. I studied Spanish at GCSE and A Level, and started Italian at University. In my second year, I also started studying Catalan, and I recently took my B1 Catalan exam. As part of my degree, I also studied abroad for a year in Italy and Spain, which has hugely improved my ability in these languages.
I have always enjoyed studying languages, as they give you an insight into the culture of a place that you can only understand through learning the language. However, I also know how difficult it can be to learn a new language, so I would love to support others through this process.
I have previous experience of teaching, as a volunteer teaching assistant to GCSE Spanish classes whilst studying my A Levels, and as a cover teacher at a local music school.

I studied Spanish at GCSE and A Level, and started Italian at University. I graduated with a first class BA (Hons) in Italian and Spanish. This means I have first-hand experience of learning these languages.
Lessons will involve anything a student is struggling with, and are for anyone wanting to learn these languages, at a beginner or intermediate level. I can also cover GCSE and A Level content if this is preferred. Lessons will be 30 mins to an hour.
I have experience as a volunteer teaching assistant with GCSE Spanish classes, and I also teach piano, keyboard and organ lessons at a local music school as a cover teacher, to pupils of all ages.
