About Chiara

I am an Italian born singer, songwriter and producer, currently based in London. I am working as a professional singer performing with a variety of acts, and showcasing my original music. In 2017, I graduated from “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” majoring in Economics and Foreign Languages, Milan; then, I moved to London to study Performance and Production at LCCM - London College of Creative Media, from which I have recently graduated. I speak Italian and English fluently, and have some basic knowledge of Russian and Spanish. In 2017, I was a member of Stormzy’s gospel choir performing alongside him at his appearance on X Factor UK live for ITV. In 2015, I participated at Area Sanremo - Sanremo Festival - which led me working with Zibba, an Italian songwriter, author at Warner Music Italy recording company. In 2014, I performed at an event organised by the charity Croce Azzurra. It was a pivotal experience from both a human and a music side. Contributing with my art to the achievement of a psycho-physical well-being is the perfect blend to show how important music is. In 2013, I had my first experience in television as a finalist at Castrocaro Festival broadcast nationwide on Rai 1, one of Italy’s most popular TV channels. Thanks to this important step, I had the chance to be the opening act of Alexia, a talented Italian singer.

About the lesson

I am providing singing lessons to students of all ages: being a vocal coach means also to take care of the voice, ensuring the correct technique is used to alleviate any future problems, both for singers and public speakers. This is why I also help professionals preparing for public speaking appearances. Music is therapeutic, and the only instrument we have inside us is the voice: this is why I really do believe that singing is helping people to express themselves better in any other field and job. Taking care of your own voice means loving yourself, exactly like when you are going to the gym to feel physically better. During the one-hour lessons, I am focusing on technique as well as on performance: I think it is very important to enjoy music, so after warming up the voice properly, I ask my students to start thinking about a repertoire, so to work on all the performance aspects.
