I have been in the Fitness Industry since 1992 and just turned 52. I have trained clients all over the United States and I currently live in Mobile, Alabama. I have worked for LA Fitness, Club4, Riviera Fitness and a hospital-based gym.

I love being a personal trainer especially because designing written workout plans individualized for each client is fun and specific to their needs and goals.
