About NKOSIKHONA

Isizulu is my home language.

I have a bachelor of education degree from the university of the Witwatersrand, majoring in IsiZulu and English.

I’m currently employed as an IsiZulu teacher and work as a Cambridge assessment specialist (part-time, marking isiZulu IGCSE exam papers). I am Passionate about teaching and preserving the isiZulu language.

I believe that isiZulu is a mathematical language; especially for students who are not first language speakers of isiZulu.

Therefore, practice is vital when learning the language. I give my students tools they will need in order to understand the language and give activities to practice what they have learnt.
