My approach to tutoring is supportive and patient with each student's needs. I focus on building confidence as well as skills, and most importantly, what makes learning enjoyable for each individual. I aim to make lessons engaging and encouraging, so students feel motivated. I mainly teach GCSE students (year 10 and 11), however I am also happy to teach other ages.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style accordingly, using practice papers, targeted exercises, and constructive feedback to help students progress. My goal is not just to only prepare students for exams, but also to foster a genuine interest and love of reading and writing that will benefit them beyond the exam.
