About Rory
I am a degree apprentice at an investment bank and, over the past two years, I have spent time helping A-level age students and applicants think through competitive pathways, strengthen their applications and improve how they present themselves. While I am new to offering this as a formal tutoring service, I have already seen how much difference practical, honest guidance can make.
I understand how competitive degree apprenticeships, internships and other top opportunities can be, and I know that many strong students miss out because they do not know how to position themselves properly. My aim is to help ambitious students improve quickly through structured, focused support across CVs, application answers, interviews and overall confidence.

I help students maximise their chances of winning top degree apprenticeship offers through focused, practical coaching built around what employers actually look for. As an investment banking degree apprentice, I understand how competitive applications, interviews and assessment processes work, and I help students turn weak or average applications into much stronger ones.
My lessons are designed for sixth form students, school leavers and early university students applying for degree apprenticeships, internships and other competitive entry routes, especially in finance, business and corporate roles. I support students with CVs, application questions, interview preparation, commercial awareness, motivation answers and assessment centre confidence.
My approach is structured, honest and personalised. We identify exactly where you are losing marks, build stronger answers, improve your overall story and practise how to communicate with more clarity and confidence. Sessions are practical rather than generic, with direct feedback, mock interview work and clear action points after each lesson so that students leave knowing exactly how to improve.
