Heart coaching is a simple method; Happiness: What would your life be like if you could achieve what you really want? Our heart knows the truth about who we are and what we really want for our life, which is to live aligned with that truth. That so seemingly simple is happiness. Unhappiness: Why are you not happier? On the contrary, unhappiness is living in tune with a whole series of lies in the form of fears, doubts, lack of confidence and ultimately self-deception that prevent us from living fully realised. All those false beliefs that we acquire, form and accumulate throughout our existence act as blockages, as if you want to arrive at your home in the center and all the streets seem to be cut preventing you from accessing your destination, and you know that you need to go there and that if you do not arrive you will not be at peace, you will never be well at all. Thanks to this intuitive method, we reveal your erroneous limiting beliefs and once the lie is demolished, the truth that was always there but covered with some layers of lies, appears. Once we have the truth, and your main dream, we disassemble it in attainable steps that lead you to the conscious achievement of your goals, each step brings you closer to your dream, and a single step in the direction of your dreams is super exciting and liberating, as much as it is to know that one is on a path and that if one continues walking will inevitably reach its destination.
