I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a student of the Urdu language under Jawaid’s teaching. He is very patient and is completely fluent in both Urdu and English which is a great help to me when describing the intricacies of Urdu. I really enjoy my lessons with Jawaid and it’s often something I look forward to each week.

Ustadh Jawaid is a great teacher and instructor. He really makes sure to give you a chance to attempt to speak and read on your own and then helps to fix the mistakes. He is always ready with practice materials for urdu/hindi and is very patient with students. I highly recommend him based on my own experience with him as my tutor! After only a few lessons I already noticed improvement with my urdu/hindi skills!

I enjoy my lessons with Jawaid and look forward to them. His teaching style is easygoing but he still pushes me to improve. In just a few lessons I feel I've made great progress.

I've seen him work behind the scenes, and he is exceptionally dedicated to his students. Not only does he make sure he has the right materials to guide a student based on their individual skill level, but he also helps them build confidence in their speech by encouraging them to converse regularly with him. Choosing Jawaid as your tutor would be a wise decision!

Jawaid is an excellent language teacher, facilitated largely by the breadth and depth of his patience and knowledge. Simply hearing him talk refines one's speaking skills; under his tutelage, I have gone from struggling with grammatical gender to having a solid comprehension of local media and television shows in Urdu. Highly recommended!
