About Natascha
Hi, I'm Natascha. I’m an interview and professional communication coach with nearly 20 years of international business experience.
Before moving into coaching, I spent 15 years working internationally across marketing, communications, brand management and business development. For the past six years, I've coached professionals from more than 30 countries, helping them prepare for interviews and communicate more effectively in important professional situations.
What I enjoy most about interview coaching is helping people make sense of their experience and recognise the value they already bring. Often, the problem isn't that someone doesn't have a good answer. They simply haven't identified the strongest example, understood what the interviewer is really looking for, or found a clear way to communicate it.
Having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, I also understand the additional challenges that can come with interviewing in another language or culture.
My coaching style is supportive, practical and straightforward. You won't be expected to memorise perfect answers or follow rigid scripts. My aim is to help you understand how interviews work, communicate your experience clearly and go into your interview knowing what you want to say and why.

My lessons are online and completely personalised to you, your experience and the interview you're preparing for.
Depending on what you need, we can work on your overall interview strategy, practise specific questions you're struggling with, structure behavioural answers using the STAR/STARR method, or run a guided mock interview with feedback as we go.
We can also build your story bank, identify the core competencies you need to demonstrate and develop your professional positioning, including a strong answer to “Tell me about yourself.”
My approach goes beyond simply practising questions. I help you understand what the interviewer is really trying to find out and why they're asking each question, so you can think more like an interviewer and build stronger answers without relying on scripts.
Sessions can be recorded so you can review them afterwards and continue practising. Lessons are suitable for professionals at any career stage who want practical, personalised interview preparation rather than generic interview tips.
