I believe in modeling different strategies to allow the student to pick, practice and perform so he/she can find the best one that fits them. Each child has their own way to process new and unfamiliar information. It’s my job to break that information down into smaller parts which makes it easier for the student to retain the info. by giving them many opportunities to help improve their skills through repetitive practice.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Miss Amy Hardy for 4 years. During that time, her love of teaching and watching her students grow was evident. She is a master of data collection and is able to pinpoint certain skills her students need in order to be successful. Amy was a wonderful mentor and I grew as an intervention specialist under her expertise. I would without hesitation recommend Miss Hardy as an excellent candidate for other superprof members!
