About Sandeep singh Janday

I am internationally certified lifeguard First aided,CPR,AED From US organisation and UAE Certified Swimming instructor and having 8 Years international experience in providing swimming lessons to british,European, Asian and Arabian trainees in Dubai.I conduct classes In english ,punjabi and hindi.

About the lesson

I create proper schedule as after catching up my students goals and teach them in English with proper techniques in polite ways. I do Create fun in swimming specially for kid's to make them feel comfortable and let them enjoy the workout's.

Perfect! My boys 8 and 5 years old are taking training from sandeep. They are very comfortable and enjoy swimming with sandeep.
Sandeep is an excellent instructor with well planned teaching methodology. At the end of a session we actually know the progress of the training schedule.
He is always smiling and very friendly with the kids and understand their weaknesses and work on them.
I can see the progress in my kids in just 6 sessions. Looking forward to have more training sessions.

They are very good in communicating just lacking some techniques to improve their stroke's and Mr anhik is a beginer none the less his is improving his kicking so fast as well learned how to float and glide. Good luck to them.

He is a very talented and cooperative teacher as he guides me everything in a very easy way by which i can understand the thing more effectively and efficiently. Moreover, his way of talking and the techniques he provided are very much beneficial and uncommon as he taught me 4 to 5 techniques of swimming within a period of a month. Before meeting with my instructor i was very afraid of going in a pool or in a sea but when i met him he assured me that i will be a good swimmer within a month. The words came true and i get superior and qualitative lessons from my swimming coach everyday . Now I can swim even in a fast flowing river and i never afraid from that big waves of river. So it was a mesmerising experience for me to learn this useful skill from such a good person .

I personally believe that whosoever want to learn swimming with numerous techniques with a good way he or she should meet Sir Sandeep.

What motivates you to teach & why?
My passion and drowning accidents.
When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?
I discovered that most of the Indians does not know how to swim and I have been passing through the situations where I saw kids and adults looses their life in drowning at the beaches and swimming pool's so In 2011 i decided to help people learning extra skills.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
Obviously my role model is my coach who encouraged me and worked hard for me to learn faster and technically and he is the one because of whom I am successful in this field. Also, my mother, because she loves to help others and when ever I share some drowning incidents with her she motivates me to share and teach my skills to others where I can save mostly people's lives.
What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft?
To go on some international trips and trainings where I learnt a lot about my profession and passion, share all my knowledge and implement it. It was challenging to take international lifeguard/Swimming instructor license from worlds well known companies and learn CPR and first aid skill.
In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?
Their concentration/determination, experience, interest and loyalty towards their work and trainings make people excel in my subject .
What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?
Never give up ,practice makes person perfect.
Never give up, don't think about today's pain! Think about tomorrow's reward.
How does someone become a Super Prof?
To pay attention in details of work and loyalty, kindness and the most important thing is hard work and smart work.
