I'm an internationally certified personal fitness trainer, Certified by the American council on exercise(ACE) & Ereps, Certified dietician & Medical exercise expert, pharma graduate with over 7 years of expertise. I have trained clients with various fitness goals like fat loss, Muscle building, Postural correction, I have also trained clients with medical conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol, PCOS etc.
