About Clementine

I am a very professional, motivated, adaptive 23 years old woman who enjoys working with people. Since I was 16, I have had many jobs but have never had the chance to practice teaching. I am therefore new to the field, which I believe can turn out to be an advantage as I have a great desire to improve and grow with my students. For some time now I have wanted to teach, which led me to follow a course for 'Teaching French as Foreign Language'. Since I obtained my certificate, I have tutored a few people in Santiago of Chile, where I am living presently. I enjoy teaching/tutoring very much and seek to ensure a pleasant learning environment for my students.

About the lesson

As a graduate in international studies, I have discovered a passion for languages in my university years and speak fluently French (native), English and Spanish. A language learner myself, I believe the best way to learn a language is through culture and games: two elements that I incorporate into my practice with my students. From the very basics of pronounciation to more sophisticated vocabulary and phrase structure, my true motivation is to help my students reach their goals.

Clementine, I think, has all the qualities of a great teacher: she’s very patient, calm and an amazing listener. She likes to hear about other people’s stories and is always interested to know more about other cultures and languages. She demonstrated that she knows how to establish goals and how to achieve them. She’s super reliable and dedicated to her work. I would recommend Clementine to anyone, especially the ones I’m closest to. She’s a gem!
