About Maria-Ariadni
I am an international student, currently on exchange at the University of Melbourne where I study international business law at a postgraduate level.
I have always been passionate about learning languages, which is why I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping others develop their own language skills. I am fluent in three languages (French, English and Modern Greek) and have a B1–B2 level in German. With degrees in French and English language and literature, I feel well-qualified to provide private lessons and academic support to students of all ages.
Beyond languages, I have a strong interest in communication and public speaking. I have actively participated in debates, moot courts, rhetoric competitions and Model United Nations events, experiences that have strengthened my own communication skills. I have also worked as a public speaking tutor, helping students of different ages improve their presentation/debate skills and gain confidence when speaking in front of others.

Lessons are tailored to each student’s level, goals and interests. Whether you are looking for one or two sessions to prepare for a specific event (such as a presentation, job interview, debate or rhetoric competition) or you would like to develop your public speaking skills more generally, we will create an approach adapted to your needs.
During the first session, we will identify your current strengths, areas for improvement and personal objectives in order to establish a clear and effective plan.
Public speaking is a skill that requires practice, consistency and confidence. Each session will focus on practical exercises designed to improve both your technical abilities and your comfort when speaking in front of others.
I can provide support with public speaking, debates, rhetoric, job interviews etc... by working on your speech structure, voice control, posture, confidence and overall delivery.
