Did swimming for 12 years and i am a national level player in swimming and also participated at Nationals and All India University level..
International level player in rowing .senior nationals medalist and all india University level medalist.
Certified coach of water sports.
Fitness trainer 3months weight loss target.

About the lesson

my teaching method based on the person capabilities..
No doubt i have been in fitness line from 20years I can teach infant to adult comfortably.
I just expect consistency ,regularity,patience and zeal to do the workout .
One is trust the process you will get good result .

Perfect! Rower is absolutely fantastic swim coach. She is very patient and kind and highly professional. I really liked her swimming classes. My technique and pace increased a lot since I started taking classes.

Such a nice person with positive attitude and always with smiling face..learning skills so fast .learnt freestyle stroke very quickly and perfection comes from practice so now all needs is practice .
