About Rex

I am an educator who has taught multiple undergraduate classes ranging from 10 to 30 students, led independent studies, and provided private tutoring. I have received excellent reviews from my students, all of whom met their academic requirements, and applied the knowledge gained from my classes to the pursuit of their degrees.

About the lesson

When teaching, I endeavor to convey an appreciation for the interplay of theory and practice so characteristic of international politics. My students find themselves simultaneously challenged and engaged by both historical and topical materials, while benefitting from the application of classic and contemporary scholarship to the day’s international events. Ideally, a student finishes their semester with an appreciation for the variety of perspectives at play in international politics, and acquires both the willingness and knowledge to productively question whatever assumptions with which they began their studies.

Perfect! I had a paper to write and needed some more information about some ideas that I had in mind. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped fill all the gaps I had.
Lastly he went beyond the goal of the lesson and gave me additional advice that was useful for me in order to seamlessly write my paper.
