About Jordyn
I am from South Africa and am currently studying Psychology and Criminal Justice in the USA.
I was a tutor for many students that were in primary school, high school and university during 2022.
Most of my students improved in every subject as i do not just tutor them based on the coursework, I also tutor them with regards to their study methods and study planning. Thus, making sure they are studying efficiently and effectively.
I am a very hard-working person who has made their dream of studying in the USA possible and I take a lot of pride in helping my students achieve their goals as well.

My teaching method really depends on the needs of the student. If a student is a more visual learner, I will focus lessons and studying to facilitate visual learning, and the same goes for auditory or repetitive learners.
A typical lesson would require me to know the topics to be covered for the lesson so that I can plan in advance. The actual lesson will start with any major concerns or questions from the student and then we would work through the topic, making sure that the work is understood properly before moving on.
What sets me apart as a tutor is the fact that I am also a student and I can understand the workload and time constraints and a tutor , allowing me to make sure my lessons are worth the time.
I provide lessons for grades 1 all through to grade 12. In the following subjects:
Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, History.
I can also provide lessons for college students. I have/am taking classes in bpth Criminal Justice and Psychology.
