About Yang
I am a master student studying Global Development and Gender at the University of Leeds. Before, I gave lessons to two German about how to begin with the Chinese lesson. At the same time, I was an American student's buddy when she was studying in China before. So I have some experience about how to start a mandarine class. Now I almost finish university. So I have much time to prepare for teaching and communicating with students who want to learn Chinese.

My teaching method is to create interest to the learners from the beginning. Therefore, I will not only give them characters that they need to learn and read them again and again. Instead, I will create the environment and put all the words and sentences in some specific context. For example, I will combine social news and the words and sentences together. In this case, the learners could think about all the words when they remember the news. Also, I will process listening, reading, writing together to make everybody has a more comprehensive understanding of the content.
