Objective:
To improve English language proficiency among ESL (English as a Second Language) students through a tailored lesson plan by leveraging the expertise of an Interior Design Graduate who graduated with distinction. The lesson will focus on enhancing vocabulary, communication skills, and language usage relevant to interior design.
Icebreaker Activity (15 mins): I Have students introduce themselves, share their backgrounds, and discuss their interest in interior design. Encourage them to use basic English vocabulary.
Assessment (20 mins): Conduct a short written and spoken assessment to gauge their current language skills. This can include simple conversation, reading comprehension, and basic writing exercises.

Introduction to Vocabulary (20 mins): Present key interior design terms using visual aids and examples. Discuss the meanings, pronunciation, and usage of each term.
Vocabulary Games (15 mins): Engage students in interactive games or activities (e.g., flashcards, word association) to reinforce the newly learned terms.
Lesson 3: Reading Comprehension - Design Articles

Lesson 4: Writing Skills - Interior Design Descriptions
Objective: To improve students' ability to describe interior design elements in written form.
Writing Exercise (30 mins): Ask students to describe a room or a piece of furniture using the vocabulary learned. Provide feedback on grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary usage.
Peer Review (15 mins): Have students exchange their written descriptions for peer review. Encourage constructive feedback and language correction.
