Module: Workday: Human Resource Management
Workday is being implemented at DuPont as part of its multi-year program; for its various companies, to integrate the HR organization.
The Integrations include: Taleo for talent acquisition, SalesForce for case management, Brazil and Mexico Payroll, EIS for Identity Services, SAP, Concur, SharePoint, ADP GlobalView, Benefits- with Aon, Medgate, Merrill Lynch. Currently working on Requirement Analysis, Integration Design, Development as well as Support using EIBs, DTs, Workday Studio- involving Web Services and Custom Report, PICOFs, Core Connector: Worker, LMS, ADP solutions.

Module: Workday: Human Resource Management
- This was an implementation project from PeopleSoft to Workday. It involved Business Requirement gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Support, enhancement of Workday Integrations with Taleo, Fidelity, Weichert, X500 Identity Management System, JLL, Thomsons, Mercer and other external systems
- Created adhoc reports for Payroll- Result lines, earnings, deductions, and various HR Reports
- Worked on functional issues for employees/ managers including issues related to Workday account; hiring of employees, contingent workers, termination of employees; conversion of contingent workers to employees; creation of Job Requisition; entering Time Off
Module: PeopleSoft: Human Capital Management
• CyberShift Time and Attendance Project: This Project involved integrating the CyberShift System’s time data for non-exempt CEs / CCCs into the PeopleSoft System. This is then processed via the Payroll for North America System in PeopleSoft.
• Mergers and Acquisitions Project: This project involved adding the employees of acquired
Companies into the NCR HRMS PeopleSoft System via Taleo and, then into Payroll. Hence maintain their HR and Payroll data.
• Recognition4Me Program: Recognition4Me, a product designed and delivered by BI Worldwide, offers a
comprehensive point- based Rewards and Recognition platform that allows NCR to maintain and administer all recognition data. This solution has permitted NCR to meet its business goals of driving employee engagement and creating a culture of recognition.
It involved development of new interfaces with BI to send and receive data. Also new pages were setup in Peoplesoft to identify and maintain the owners and Client Administrators.
It was a Three Phase Project and involved creation of interfaces to BI and setting up of Peoplesoft Components such as components based on the Award Program, Award Type and the Award Amount, along with the component for maintaining the roles like client administrators. It also included sending certain employee data feeds to the Data warehousing team.
• Cash Award Program: Contrary to the Recogonition4Me Program, which was points-based, this was Cash award
based Program.
This program involved creation of setup Pages, like specifying the limits of the Cash Award Amounts that could be given by Managers, based on Country and currency, which were maintained by the administrator. It required the search page to be bypassed and the Setup Pages to be directly displayed for the administrator. An adhoc script was created too to load all the initial data into its records. The cash award page for Managers was setup in a non-peoplesoft application which verified the minimum amounts and other details via these setups in Peoplesoft.
• Personal Data Change Form: It required the Personal Data Change form for Netherlands to be modified. It
involved analyzing and making changes to the Application Package Peoplecode.
• X.500 Directory Application: This application is implemented using Unix and LDAP technologies. It involves complex UNIX scripts to read / extract the data and format it, to deliver it to the downstream applications in the company.
• Worked on resolving functional issues and, supporting the Payroll for North America.
• Worked on Recruiting Management System of NCR, that uses Taleo Enterprise for hiring candidates, creating
offers and requisitions. The data of new hires is then integrated and maintained into Workday.
• Oracle 11g Upgrade Project: It involved testing the various Peoplesoft Tools and Application extensively, their
performances while moving from Oracle 10g to Oracle 11g.
-Have worked on the testing of various other upgrades like X500 Application and Taleo Upgrade.
• Have worked on creation of various SQRs and SQL scripts for fixing bugs and for external vendors. Along with
resolving various Sysaudit issues; issues related to permissions and roles assigned to user profiles in PeopleSoft;
functional and technical issues in Workforce Administration, Self-Service areas.
