I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Integrative Therapeutic Practices & Minor in Healthcare Management. I am a Certified Nurse Aide, registered through the Colorado board of Nursing. I have my Basic Life Support Certification. I have over 11 years of costumer service experience & 6 years of experience working in the healthcare field.

As a life coach I can help you fill in the gaps in your master plans and clarify the path from where you are to where you want to be. I create a partnership between the client & myself designed to help the client explore their options, focus on their goals, and create a personalized action plan. I aim to help the clients discover their own motives and goals, and aid them in finding the best path towards them. My Focus is based off the 7 dimension of health & Wellness: social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical health and wellness. Together we can discover where you thrive & where you life needs assistance. Using both your strengths & weakness to live and fulfilling, whole, & meaningful life.
