About Lianna
Nearly 10 years of dedication has shaped my journey as a violinist, stepping into my fourth season with the Harrisburg Symphony Youth Orchestra. My orchestral experience began with the Lancaster Youth Symphonies and various regional ensembles before I joined HSYO at the Forum Auditorium. For me, Lianna Kharlamov, this performance history goes hand-in-hand with mentorship, including the rewarding experience of teaching my own private student for the past two years. These ten years of playing and teaching have transformed the violin into something I do every day, and I love sharing that joy both on stage and in the studio!

I love making the violin fun and easy to learn for young beginners! Drawing from over a decade of playing experience, I break down techniques into little steps that kids actually enjoy. My goal is to create a super patient, encouraging space where your child builds great habits, gains confidence, and falls in love with making music from their very first note.
