I use personalized and interactive methods which encourage exploration and inquiry. I will provide differentiated instruction: Tailoring lessons to various learning styles. I am a certified teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching grades 3-5, adapting to each student's needs, including those requiring extra support. My goal is to inspire a love for learning in every student! A typical lesson plan includes the following components: 1. Objective: Clearly defined goals for what students will learn by the end of the session. 2. Warm-Up Activity: A brief activity to activate prior knowledge and set the context for the lesson. 3. Direct Instruction: A short presentation of new concepts, using visuals and examples to illustrate key points. 4. Guided Practice: Collaborative activities where students apply what they’ve learned with my support. 5. Independent Practice: Assignments or exercises that students complete on their own to reinforce learning. 6. Closure and Reflection: Summarizing key takeaways and allowing students to share their thoughts on what they learned.
