Graduated in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Pilates monitor on the ground and experienced machines. National Athletics Trainer for the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation. Experience as a track and field monitor for children between 6 and 13 years old. Experience in the field of health and well-being with middle-aged population (activities taught: Nordic walking, muscle toning, running). Experience as a receptionist, sales manager and customer service at the Basic-Fit Chamberí, Madrid. Bilingual in French, I am also able to teach French (pleasant conversations, grammar, etc ...)
