About Tolulope
I have over six-years experience in teching multicultural gropus. I have unique ability in simplifying complex principles in Biociences for the purpose of helping my studens to gain understanding and eventual application into real life situations for problem-solving. I put students into small-learning groups (maximum of 10) to further enhance effective communication of knowledge to the students and among the students. I also organize impromptu class quizzes, seminar presentations and one-one-one interactions has a means of harvesting feedbacks from students and preparing them for final exams towards achieving improved and desired grades.

For over six years as a university tutor, I functioned as a thought-leader for independent research and as co-investigator in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research teams. I have continued to actively engage my research out-puts in teaching related subjects.
High-level teaching quality and student satisfaction in Biosciences cannot be attained without involving experiential learning through interactive learning, laboratory sessions (both dry and wet lab) and student projects. My over 5 years’ experience at teaching both undergraduate and post-graduate students in a developing country enabled me to harness my skill in developing innovative teaching skills that encourages student interests in the subjects being taught.
On several occasions, I have co-ordinated seminar presentations, created student learning groups for smaller projects to encourage peer-studying and tutoring while harvesting feed backs. In my past roles my obligations equally included preparing and updating teaching materials ahead of the start of academic session. I have functioned in several committees in designing and ensuring timely delivery of institutional projects within the departmental and college.
I have keen interest and always get committed to on-going innovations and development of pedadgogy of the institutions and organizations where I work.
It is my pleasure to teach, train, coach and mentor students through high-level teaching and practical sessions towards achieving their career goals and staying relevant as innovators.
