About Deep Singh
3 years of my life I have given to these techniques to connect with my mind and body again.
I have worked in a toxic corporate environment for 10 years and it impacted my mental health like anything.
Moreover, being in a narcissistic (Toxic) relationship made things worse. I had left everything for 1 year and went to an ashram to learn all these techniques and now anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic pain are gone.
I am literally a new person now and want to change lives of many other people in the same way.

I have helped so many people have less stressful lives in west using my authentic breathing techniques that really work.
I don't pick for so many clients as I have limited time and most of my students want daily sessions once they start taking sessions from me.
I have learned these methods from the yoga ashram in Rishikesh, India, and practicing it for the last 3 years. Now my goal is to help as many people as possible through these platforms.
