About Mia
I am an incoming medical student with a degree in Honors Biology and a minor in Pediatric Clinical Research. As a student, I’ve found that the most impactful mentors are those who genuinely care about my success. I am excited to teach and mentor others in that same spirit. I am committed to helping my students succeed and strive to be a positive, supportive presence throughout their academic journeys.

As an undergraduate student, I recognized my passion for mentorship and teaching. I have served as a Teaching Assistant for cell biology and biochemistry, and have loved supporting students by creating a positive learning environment, practicing clear communication, and developing study resources that aid in understanding. I am happy to support general learning, exam preparation, and assist with completing homework assignments. My favorite topics are general biology, cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, and general chemistry of all levels from high-school to undergraduate.
