About Connor
Hi I'm Connor! I love nothing more than helping others. Communication is my passion, it brings us all together. That's why I want to help you with your English - whether that be speaking, reading, writing or examining texts. What ever it is I'm here to help!
I have several years experience as a teacher and tutor teaching English and a range of other subjects to people from around the world. Previously working as a volunteer, I had the opportunity to get to live among people from many cultural backgrounds and proficiencies.
After two years as a volunteer, I discovered the joy of empowering people with the joy of language and communication. This is what has led me to continue teaching and tutoring, and eventually to you here today.
As well as this diverse range of experience in teaching, I also bring with me a bachelors degree giving me expertise in communications, screenwriting, media and marketing - all of which have been wonderful assets in developing my passion.
I hope to hear from you! This is your learning journey, and you deserve someone who has a genuine interest in what you can achieve. This is my promise to you.

With several years experience teaching English to both natives and language learners from around the world, I understand that everybody learns differently. That's why your lessons will be personalised just for you and your journey. So, here's what our lessons will look like:
In our first trial lesson we will get to know each other and create a plan for you moving forward. To maximise your learning we will discuss which learning methods work best for you, and do a couple of exercises to get you started.
Once we have your goals clearly in mind, we begin! With the hardest part done you can start learning. In all our lessons together I will use proven and tested teaching methods and a diverse range of learning resources including worksheets, visual aids, audio aids and practical activities. These will help you get the most out of your learning journey.
All that is required from you to start seeing genuine improvement is to keep your commitments and be open about any concerns you have. It's as simple as that!
