About Arun

Hi there! I am a first-year Imperial College medical student with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. Having successfully gained acceptance to top medical schools such as Imperial and UCL, I understand how challenging and competitive the admissions process can be. I achieved a top 4% UCAT score of 3040, 9 9's and an 8 at GCSE and then A*AA. Prior to university, I was a full scholarship holder at Eton College, an experience that reinforced the value of hard work.

Outside of academics, I enjoy reading and playing musical instruments such as the piano and guitar. My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students can reach their true potential.

About the lesson

Applying to medical school can feel overwhelming and having successfully navigated the process myself, I understand what it takes to master the UCAT. I achieved a 3040 UCAT score, top 4% score, first try after only a few weeks of revision and received Medicine offers from Imperial College London, UCL and QMUL. The UCAT is also relevant to dental students. I can use my experience to help you approach the UCAT with confidence and develop an effective preparation strategy.

My lessons will be tailored to the student's needs to ultimately improve your UCAT performance. I also understand how time-pressured the exam is, so I will give you tips on how to combat this. UCAT preparation can seem difficult and I will be here to make it a lot easier. We will cover key aspects such as how to go about the VR section and deal with the time constraints.

Whether you are just starting your preparation or looking to maximise your score, I will help you create a structured revision plan, identify areas for improvement, and make UCAT preparation feel much more manageable.
