About Jasmine Hedra
I am a 3rd year geology student achieving high 2:1s at 68% average so far and with an A* in Geology A level (receiving the 3rd highest grade in the UK for my exam board at AS Level). I have previously offered support to my colleagues at college where I assisted with their revision of their geology modules and have taught dance classes for 5 years so have experience trialling different methods of teaching students so that they reach their full potential. I have a passion for geology and carry out research in my spare time and love passing on my knowledge to others!

I base my classes on what aspects individual students are less confident with in their KS3/GCSE/A-LEVEL courses and tailor their experience to them. I use multiple resources from textbooks, journals, YouTube etc and use these to complement my explanations of different geo-conundrums and fundamentals required to become a great Geologist. My content is never boring and will always be evolving as I get to know students more and what learning styles they respond to best. No problem (or hurdle) is too big or too small and I want to encourage lots of questions and discussion about thought provoking topics in my lessons. In general, I teach how I want to be taught!
