About Jazmin
Hi! I’m a second-year medical student at Imperial College London with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in teaching. I achieved all 9s at GCSE and 41 points in the IB, and I enjoy helping students understand Chemistry in a clear and logical way.
I want to teach Chemistry because I know many students find it confusing or intimidating, especially when topics feel abstract or overly mathematical. I enjoy breaking concepts down step by step and showing students how ideas fit together, so Chemistry feels more manageable and less overwhelming.
I’m friendly, patient, and organised, and I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve exam technique, and approach Chemistry with greater understanding and assurance.

My GCSE Chemistry lessons are structured, clear, and exam-focused, designed to help students understand concepts properly and apply them confidently in exams.
Each lesson starts by identifying areas the student finds difficult. I then break topics down step by step using simple explanations, diagrams, and worked examples, before moving on to exam-style questions and mark-scheme technique. I place strong emphasis on key terminology, calculations, and common exam mistakes so students know how to secure marks.
As a second-year medical student at Imperial College London, I help students understand the logic behind Chemistry concepts, rather than relying on memorisation alone. Lessons are adapted to the student’s exam board and pace, whether they are building foundations or aiming for higher grades.
I’m patient, organised, and supportive, and I aim to create a calm, low-pressure environment where students feel confident asking questions and steadily improving.
