About Issa
I’m a first-year Civil Engineering student at Imperial College London with a strong academic background in Maths and Physics. At A-level I achieved A*A*A*A in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and History. I’m passionate about helping students not only understand difficult concepts but also gain confidence in applying them. From personal experience, great teachers have shaped my aptitude and enthusiasm in Mathematics, and I hope to pass this forward to more students.

My teaching style is interactive and student-focused. I believe the best way to learn Maths and Physics is through active problem-solving, so I encourage students to engage with questions, and build a deep understanding rather than just memorising methods. I tailor lessons to each student’s needs, whether that’s revisiting the basics, mastering exam technique, or stretching beyond the syllabus. My aim is to make lessons engaging, supportive, and confidence-building.
