My personal favourite part about him is he won't make you feel dumb for not knowing the basics and would instead sit explain it all.
Shourya also takes the effort to teach same concept over with totally new approach incase people don't get it.
He is also friendly and makes you feel at ease, it helps a lot in staying calm which in return helps you study well.
