About Kayla
I started teaching because I was inspired by my grandmother to support students become the best version of themselves. I have worked with children in a lot of different ways from babysitting, tutoring and teaching. My aim is to help fellow students become strong members of society and it all starts with trying to read one more word, to remember one more sentence, to being confident and proud of themselves.

My teaching methodology depends on the needs of the students, one of my personal favorite methodologies are when learners are involved in active learning.
I am proficient to teach in both, English and Afrikaans.
My degree allows me to teach children between ages 5-9. I also have experience with tutoring up to 11 years old.
