About Tris
Having finished my master's degree in climate change at the University of East Anglia as an international student, I realised how mastering English at IELTS level arms me with confidence and freedom in life. My course design aims to guide students to explore the scientific world through the learning journey. My vision is for my students to master vocabulary learning skills and receive a tailored course design based on their strengths and enthusiasm about exploring life and the beauty of English. My belief in taking an exam: IELTS exam is designed around university life and academia. To learn is to apply what we learn in real life confidently. It is not just about passing the exam, it is embracing the beauty of English and advancing your life opportunities when you master a second language.

A lesson would be 1.5 - 2 hours with students receiving material to prepare before class and receiving guidance to leverage their skills during the lesson. My TESOL certification is about activity-based teaching. I have mainly experience teaching students aged 20-35 level foundation and IELTS intensive speaking/practice-test reading tutoring.
