About Thao Nhi
Hello, I'm Naomi Bui – an IELTS coach with an overall band score of 8.5 (with 9.0 Reading & Listening, 8.5 Speaking, and 7.5 Writing) and over six years of teaching experience. I hold a TESOL certificate and a Bachelor's degree from RMIT University, and I’m currently pursuing a Master's in Educational Leadership at Monash University. I have worked with more than 400 students from diverse backgrounds, and I take pride in maintaining a success rate of over 90%—with most students achieving or exceeding their target IELTS scores. My teaching is structured, student-focused, and results-driven. As an IELTS coach and TESOL-certified English teacher with over 6 years of experience, I combine structured, goal-oriented instruction with engaging, personalized support tailored to each student’s strengths and needs. I firmly believe that confidence and clarity are key to language mastery, so my lessons are designed to build not only skills but also motivation and self-belief. In my IELTS preparation classes, I provide targeted strategies for each band descriptor—especially for Speaking and Writing, which many learners find most challenging. I incorporate a mix of mock tests, model answers, feedback-based correction, and real-time speaking practice to ensure measurable improvement.
My general English classes (for primary to high school students) focus on building strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, and communicative skills, using a mix of visual aids, games, and interactive tasks to keep students engaged. Most of my lessons are 120 minutes long, depending on the student’s needs and goals. I have successfully coached over 400 learners, with more than 90% achieving their target IELTS scores.
